Underline Transcription specialise in the swift, accurate and flexible transcription of audio and copy typing services for legal, academic and professional businesses.

Underline Transcription first came to us when they needed help with their existing bespoke portal. Their portal had been created and developed by another company, however, Underline Transcription did not have ownership rights of the software and the company had stopped developing the software any further so the accounting system had reached its end of life.

Our client needed our help to develop a new portal that would be owned by our client, as standard, to manage the day to day operations of their business. We built a portal allowing our client to manage their business and update their own images and content.  Allowing them to create and manage customers, departments and contacts and to create and manage jobs. They were also able to manage staff to access the system with appropriate user access levels.

We also ensured our client’s website was compliant with GDPR which was soon to be coming into action. Our client’s website was also in need of a re-design. We needed to make sure the new re-design was bold, yet simple and user-friendly. The most important aspect of the redesign was to ensure our client had a strong brand identity and professional image to push their company to the next level.
